Cheerleading being all glamour is the biggest misconception of all. Hey, it’s a lot of hard work! Cheerleaders have to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle to be able to keep up with the physical demands of the job. And of course, to look good in those cute uniforms. 🙂
One of the simplest ways to keep fit is by using a treadmill. Running at 6mph for just 20 minutes is enough to burn more than 200 calories.
Treadmills these days are much more than just a piece of equipment where you can run. They have a lot of functions that are super helpful. My favorite thing about a treadmill? I don’t have to go out to run! I can
do it regardless of the weather condition. I can even run while watching TV!
